At Patrick Morgan, Roma works with senior Technology and Cybersecurity candidates and has collaborated with a diverse range of clients, from start-ups to multinational corporations and services firms, demonstrating a keen ability to understand each client’s unique needs and tailor her search accordingly.
Roma is passionate about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) and is dedicated to closing the gender gap in the technology sector. Throughout her career, she has actively worked with DE&I candidates to promote a more inclusive industry.
Outside of her professional life, Roma enjoys socialising with friends and family, staying active at the gym, and traveling.
