BCG’s specialist supply chain and procurement arm, INVERTO, have hired Patrice Maheo from Accenture, where he will be their latest Managing Director and Co-Head of their Paris office.
Alvarez & Marsal have made four new additions to their Financial Services practice: Alan Coutts from the Investment firm abrdn, David Kane from EY, Stuart Herron from Deloitte, and Roberto Stucchi from EY-Parthenon.
Bain has hired former McKinsey Partner Bodo Körber to lead the Advanced Digital Technologies business unit across EMEA, with his particular sector focus being in Industrial Goods.
Usman Tahir has joined Roland Berger in the Middle East, where he will be positioned within their Aviation practice. He joins from Deloitte and brings five years of experience in management consulting and project management across the region.
The former Co-Head of Mastercard Advisors and Head of Business Development at Mastercard, Satvinder Singh, has joined LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) as their new Group Head of Data & Analytics. Additionally, he will also lead the joint development of new products and services in LSEG’s strategic partnership with Microsoft.
Grant Thornton has hired Kevin Martin from EY, where he is now a Partner within their Financial Services Advisory division. His role will be to lead their Indirect Tax capability, where he will continue to serve clients on matters such as Brexit restructuring, agreeing partial exemption special methods, disposals and acquisitions and HMRC disputes, among others.
Furthermore, Alvarez & Marsal have also strengthened their Consumer and Retail practice through the hire of André Medeiros from PwC. André joins as co-lead of the Consumer and Retail practice in Europe.
The international advisory firm Quantuma has hired Craig Morrison, who will be based at their new premises in Edinburgh. Craig will bring his restructuring expertise with him, after nine years at FRP and prior to that, 18 years at RSM Tenon.
Moritz Hagenmüller has joined BCG’s Hamburg office as a Managing Director & Partner, where he will serve clients on digital transformation, M&A and transactions topics. Moritz joins from Accenture, where he was a Senior Managing Director.
Alvarez & Marsal Taxand have hired Kathy Lloyd, the former Payroll and Employment Tax Advisory leader at EY, and Chris Prout, a former Executive Director at EY. They have both joined the Reward & Employment Tax service line. Additionally, A&M have hired Rasmus Steiness from Deloitte, who will help build their Transfer Pricing practice both in London and Amsterdam.
Robin Roy has joined Alvarez & Marsal in their Riyadh office, where he will lead a newly formed practice dedicated to Governance, Risk and Compliance in the Middle East, within the Disputes and Investigations service line.

Monster Beverage Corp. is set to acquire “substantially all” of Bang Energy’s assets in a deal that follows Bang Energy’s parent company, Vital Pharmaceuticals, filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. The acquisition is subject to the approval of the US Bankruptcy Court, and while Monster is hopeful for the completion of the transaction, there is no guarantee of approval.

Bain & Company has announced its plan to acquire Rainmaking’s APAC arm to enhance its business-building offering, NextSM, and expand its Innovation & Design capabilities in the region. The acquisition, subject to certain conditions, is expected to close at the end of July 2023 and aims to accelerate new business innovation, launch, and scaling services for clients across key markets in Singapore, Japan, and South Korea.
